Hari is a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, he has over 24 years of experience in Safety transformation & culture, sustainability strategy, due diligence – EHS, Environment & Social, Environmental health and safety (EHS) management system and corporate audit programs, Risk Assessment, Risk Compliance audits, Electrical, Machine , Construction , Chemical , Paints and Material handling Safety, Construction Safety & EHS management, product stewardship & chemical registration site investigation, Waste management, Effluent treatment, Evaporators, Environmental, Safety permitting, EHS monitoring and regulatory compliance assessments. Prior to joining ERM, he was the Zone Director EHS & Sustainable Development at Schneider Electric Greater India Zone with a focus on Health & Safety Domain Leader across India, Middle East Africa, East Asia Japan Pacific and South America. He has lead over 20 Green Field Projects, designed and implemented EHS Strategy and implementation with a strong auditing background for multiple factories , corporations , R&D Centre , Logistics , Ware houses , Projects and Services, Supplier Network , Governance. His core competencies lie in EHS, Sustainability & Climate Change across sectors like Aviation, Power, Renewable, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical along with Government bodies. He has also worked with GE and TVS Wheels India & Asian Paints as part of his professional journey.
