Prior to joining ERM CVS, Omar has held executive and senior training and marketing leadership roles in global certification bodies, where he has played a key role in shaping strategic learning programs and driving industry engagement.

Scott is a Partner for ERM CVS leading the Global Certification business, Scott has extensive leadership expertise in management systems, certification, quality, manufacturing, and engineering. His experience spans key sectors, including aerospace, manufacturing, consumer goods, and technology. As a strategic leader, Scott drives high-level initiatives and the development of tailored client solutions, aligning certification services with industry needs and fostering innovation and growth. He is a qualified lead auditor with comprehensive knowledge of standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, AS9100, ESD, GHG, and many others.

Brett, a technical director with 18 years in management systems, leads ISO certifications in the Americas as part of the ERM CVS certification global leadership team. He has extensive expertise in certification development and implementation, focusing on compliance, supplier, and management system assessments in EHS programs, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Brett has experience with Fortune 100 companies in oil and gas, technology, data centers, and pharmaceuticals. He is a certified lead auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 audits.
