ERM maintains a global employee base of about 5,500 employees across multiple industry sectors such as oil & gas and power. In some instances, clients may engage ERM for opportunities that require an employee mix warranting additional support to complement our permanent employee base. Within our North America Region in these instances, and supported by a dedicated recruiting and onboarding team, ERM implements a more flexible client solution and responds with ‘Flexforce’ professionals for temporary assignments.

ERM has a large need for Flexforce employees, especially in areas where client requests occur frequently: e.g. seasonal or field-based staffing, onsite assignments or secondments, managed services, staff augmentation, project staff supplement and roles uncommon to ERM. These professionals often view ERM as a preferred employer for this type of work, and may work exclusively for ERM although in a time-defined capacity.
