What attracted you to work at ERM?
ERM's record of working on major offshore renewables projects and its ambitions for the future of the sector grabbed my attention and made me want to work in the team.
What do you enjoy most about working in the Marine Capital Projects Delivery Team?
Being able to learn and gain knowledge from the range of our talented in-house technical specialists producing complex environmental assessments.
What advice would you give to anyone building a career in Environmental Consulting?
I'd recommend to anyone to take as many opportunities as you can in the early part of your career.

The ERM Marine Capital Projects Delivery Team is working on some of the most innovative marine projects across the globe in sectors such as floating offshore wind and offshore hydrogen production.
