ERM has made two senior appointments in North America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to further strengthen our capabilities in these regions.

As the new Regional CEO for North America, Charles “Chuck” Leichner joins ERM with 30-years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry and as a registered Professional Engineer. He has held a variety of executive operational and client-facing leadership positions for multi-billion dollar global and national firms, of which his most recent positions include serving as the Chief Strategy and Sales Officer for ARCADIS North America and Global Director of Corporate Development for ARCADIS. His experience includes leading strategy development and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integrations, business transformations, and leading new business initiatives.  

As the new Regional CEO for EMEA, Jean-François Bolduc is a senior executive and business leader who joins ERM from an 18-year career with Golder Associates. At Golder he was President of Europe and the Middle East overseeing business units in 14 countries and more than 900 staff. Jean-François has assumed various leadership roles throughout his career in Canada and Europe, building and leading professional and design-build delivery teams around environmental and ground engineering solutions and services in the Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining and Power sectors. With a depth of experience in working in multi-cultural environments, his belief in building strong and lasting relationships with colleagues helps to create a foundation of cohesive and lasting teams that benefit both colleagues and clients alike.
