We are dismayed at the human suffering caused by the crisis in Ukraine. We have watched in disbelief as events have escalated in recent weeks and are now impacting millions of people.

Our primary focus has been on the safety of our Ukrainian colleagues and their families, as well as our colleagues based in Russia. We have been taking a number of practical actions to support all of our people in the region. We are also making material donations to a humanitarian relief fund that our Ukrainian colleagues have identified.

Furthermore, we have decided to suspend our activities in Russia. We will not take on any new work and, once we have completed remaining contractual project obligations, they will not be renewed.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the people caught up in this terrible conflict. We must all hold out hope for a rapid return to peace.
