ERM has appointed Dominic Casserley as its new non-executive Board Chairman.
Mr. Casserley is British but has lived in the USA, Asia as well as the UK and is currently resident in the USA. Mr. Casserley brings a strong professional services and international outlook to the role.
Following a very successful career with McKinsey between 1983 and 2013, including international and global leadership roles, Mr. Casserley was appointed as the CEO of the global insurance broker Willis Group Holdings at the beginning of 2013, and then President of Willis Towers Watson following the merger of Willis with Towers Watson until the end of 2016.
In addition to his role with ERM, Mr. Casserley is a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC and is on the Board of SCM Corporation and McGill & Partners. He previously served on the Willis and Willis Towers Watson Boards.

Mr. Casserley’s appointment commenced on January 1, 2020.
