ERM is delighted to announce that Tim Strawn has been appointed to the role of Regional CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Tim is currently the North America Director of Operations and is a key member of the North America leadership team. In his current role, Tim has helped to drive considerable growth in ERM’s largest region. He will be based in London and will take up the role effective July 1. As RCEO, he will be a member of the ERM Global Executive Committee.
Tim has over 30 years of experience working in regional and global leadership roles for consulting firms and industry. His technical background is in hydrogeology and he worked for over 15 years with ExxonMobil (XOM) around the globe where he held numerous leadership positions. Immediately prior to joining ERM in early 2017, Tim served in various corporate leadership roles at the consulting engineering firm Kleinfelder. At ERM, Tim was appointed as North American Director of Operations in early 2018.
In addition to this appointment, we are pleased to announce two new roles on the ERM Executive Committee:
Sabine Hoefnagel takes up the role of Global Director of Services, Brand and Communications, which will provide a holistic approach to the oversight of our core services, the services we have invested in over the past two years, as well as our Technical Communities. Sabine retains her responsibilities with respect to Sustainability, Brand and Communications across the business.
Mark Errington assumes the role of Director of Technology Enablement. This is also a new role that supports the technology enablement of our services. The focus of this role is ensuring that we are harnessing technology to deliver our services to our clients safely, more efficiently and cost effectively.
