Joanna is a Principal Consultant with ERM Poland and currently manages all environmental issues for offshore and onshore projects for ERM Clients. Before joining ERM, Joanna worked for a large construction company, preparing EIA reports and various environmental permits and the Polish Wind Energy Association (PWEA) where she represented them in Polish Parliament.

Charles is a partner with ERM Germany and leads hydrogen services for ERM clients in Germany and Central Europe. Before joining ERM, Charles worked in the electrolyser manufacturing industry. Charles also held several business development positions in gas transportation, storage and Power-to-X for a major European energy company.

Since 2010, Michiel worked in the field of renewable energy. First within Ecofys (currently Guidehouse) as Managing Director for Power Systems and Markets, then as Program Director for the North Sea Wind Power Hub program on behalf of Dutch/German and Danish gas and electricity TSO’s.
Working closely with governments around the North Sea, wind farm developers and both electricity and gas TSOs, he has been extensively involved in offshore wind development, energy system and market design, system integration and grid development projects, as well as long-term energy strategy development.

Since 2013, Rob acted as business manager in the management team of the offshore department of the Dutch TSO and hence worked in close cooperation with the Dutch authorities to shape the offshore wind programs, including onshore integration solutions and stakeholder management of a NGO’s and fishery organizations. As a consultant for ERM, Rob is using these practical experiences in offshore wind projects and the knowledge on offshore roadmaps to assist companies in the challenges they face in further expanding the business of offshore renewables and onshore integration.

Sebastian Weber is the Account Manager for one of our large energy sector key clients. He is responsible for the overall client satisfaction and quality of ERM’s service delivery and connects client needs with the right ERM subject matter experts. ERM has been supporting our key clients globally for over 20 years, working on a significant number of client’s projects in areas like offshore and onshore wind, hydrogen, solar, hydro power, nuclear and corporate sustainability & ESG.

Mariusz is a Senior Project Manager in the Renewables Team, based in Poland. He has more than 20 years of experience in EIA, ecology and arboriculture, going beyond advanced level in all of them.
Mariusz is the author of many environmental impact reports, including an EIA report for one of the largest solar farm projects in Poland and Europe. From 2007 to 2011, he was employed as an expert ecologist in the UK specializing in surveys conducted for proposed developments for animal groups.

Pieterjan is a Partner at ERM and as account director for ENGIE and Ocean Winds, a major Energy Sector Client, he is well versed in the low carbon energy transition needs that exist in the market. With a strong focus on renewable energy and green gasses we help client like ENGIE and Ocean Winds understand and manage ESG, safety, technical and economic risks associated to new market entries, news developments, construction projects and operations, and strategic decision-making processes. Our in-house developed offshore floating wind power-to-H2 technology ERM Dolphyn, allows us to bring first-hand experience and market insights to our clients.

María is currently leading ERM’s Capital Projects Services in Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a focus on Climate Change and Low Carbon Economy Transition infrastructure (e.g. Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen, etc.) María has over 25 years of Environmental and Social consulting experience in the Energy Sector, supporting clients to address the Environmental, Safety and Social risks of their Capital Projects in each stage of their project life cycle, aligning ESG and sustainability management goals with project objectives. She has extensive experience in managing complex E&S services in challenging international locations, including numerous renewable projects in Europe and Africa.

Agnieszka is a Technical Lead for the Renewable Team in Warsaw. She has over seventeen years of international experience in environmental consulting, undertaking Environmental and Social Due Diligence Assessments to both local country and International Finance Corporation (IFC) and World Bank requirements and managing Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) and Permitting.
Agnieszka has worked across a wide range of sectors, including offshore wind, onshore renewables and power, oil and gas, chemicals and manufacturing for assignments in Poland, Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. She worked on projects for many top international clients such as Chevron, BP, Iberdrola, Shell, and the investment banks (KfW, Norfund, EBRD, DGE).  As such, Agnieszka is highly familiar with conducting projects to international standards in an international setting.

Annette has more than 25 years of experience in environmental, health & safety (EH&S) management with a specific focus on the wind sector. She has worked extensively on both onshore and offshore wind assignments, including planning and permitting of onshore wind farms, developing EH&S management frameworks for wind farm construction sites, providing construction site on-site EH&S support as well as implementing safety culture diagnostics and improvement programmes for offshore wind suppliers.
Over the last couple of years, Annette has also been involved in green hydrogen research and implementation activities and has received a scientific award from the Austrian Electrotechnical Society (OVE) on a power to gas research paper.
