Jovy Tam is the Managing Partner of ERM Taiwan, with over 20 years of experience of advising private and public sector on managing risks and impacts related to nature. His experience cover a wide range of industries including power, mining, energy, chemical manufacturing etc. in the Asia Pacific region including Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia etc. He has worked closely with investor, corporate and government on the topic of biodiversity assessment, management and conservation. Within Taiwan, Jovy has been leading his team in delivering both TNFD and conservation projects for his clients in power, manufacturing and tech sector etc. Having worked on major projects to achieve nature positive outcomes, including planning and establishing protected areas for wildlife under various levels of threats, Jovy is experienced in guiding his clients to develop their nature strategy and implementing the actions required on managing risks and creating opportunities for corporate, while creating favorable outcome for the nature and the relevant stakeholders.
