Mr. Seong Jeon is the Partner in Charge of ERM’s Central East Asia (China Mainland, Taiwan Region and Hongkong SAR, and Korea, Philippines) Liabilities Portfolio Management and Remediation services. Seong is a seasoned EHS and management professional with over 30 years of experience including site assessment/characterization, exposure assessment, remediation options assessment, remedial action design and implementation, demolition / decontamination / decommissioning (DDD), and hazardous waste management.  Prior to joining ERM, Seong successfully managed projects for federal facilities (e.g., US Dept. of Defense, Army Corp. of Engineers, Dept. of Homeland Security), large commercial and industrial sites, including many Fortune 500 clients in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries throughout the United States from 1991 to 2013. 

全晟先生是ERM的合夥人，負責ERM東亞區域（包含中國大陸、台灣、香港、韓國、菲律賓）的責任總合管理暨污染整治服務。全晟 先生是一位經驗豐富的EHS 和管理專業人士，擁有30 年業界經驗，包括場址評估/特徵鑑定、曝露評估、整治方案評估、整治技術設計和實施、除役/污染整治/拆除工程(DDD) 和危險廢物管理。成功的管理與美國聯邦設施相關的項目外（如美國國防部、陸軍工程兵團、國土安全部）、亦有大型商業和工業廠址的項目，這些項目包括許多全球財富 500 強客戶，涵蓋石化、化工、 美國各地的製藥和製造業。 

Dr. Ken Tse has been working in the environmental management, site solutions consulting and engineering for 30 years. He has worked in USA, Malaysia, East Asia countries and Taiwan Region and China Mainland, pursuing large projects and programs, leading professional teams, taking responsibilities of many large environmental projects of Phase I/II ESA, soil and groundwater remediation, asset retirement, DDD-type works, waste disposal management for the clients of oil and gas, petrochemical, power plants, technology, automobile, pharmaceutical, gas stations, and chemical industries. 

斯克誠技術總監為臺灣大學環境工程學博士、美國密西根大學環境工程學碩士、及臺灣大學土木系學士。從事場址環境調查、污染場址整治工作長達三十年以上，曾於美國、馬來西亞、東南亞國家、中國大陸及台灣工作。曾領導專業團隊，負責多項大型環境專案，包括第一階段和第二階段場址環境評估、土壤與地下水整治、工廠資產退役、除役/污染整治/拆除工程(DDD)和廢棄物管理。執行的產業類型涵蓋石油與天然氣、石化、發電廠、高科技工廠、汽車製造、製藥、加油站等行業。 

Jessica Chang is the Principal Consultant of ERM-Taiwan.  Ms. Chang has 23 years of experience as an environmental engineer specializing in groundwater assessment and monitoring, soil and groundwater remediation, and environmental site assessment projects. Her clients include ExxonMobil, Vishay, Formosa Plastics Company, Chi Mei Corporation, Invista, Winbond, Air Products, Ford, Macronix, Sunko, Hsinchu Science Park Administration, and several environmental protection bureaus etc. She investigated or remediated more than one hundred sites. With her background in environmental science and environmental engineering and through her experience in soil & groundwater contamination and investigation, Ms. Chang is familiar with a wide range of issues associated with petrochemical industry, electronics industry, and industrial and manufacturing processes. 

張凱茹是ERM台灣的首席顧問。張女士作為環境工程師已有23年經驗，專長於地下水評估與監測、土壤與地下水修復及環境場地評估專案。她的客戶包括埃克森美孚、威世、台塑、奇美、英威達、華邦、空氣化工、福特、美光、順光、新竹科學園區管理局及多個環保局等。她調查或修復過百餘個場址。憑藉其環境科學與環境工程背景，以及在土壤和地下水污染調查方面的豐富經驗，張女士熟悉石化業、電子業及工業製造流程中相關的各類問題。
