Rich is a consultant based in Austin, Texas. He provides ISO 14001 and 45001 global management systems and EHS design and implementation support focused in the high technology/ semiconductor and manufacturing sectors. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 24 years of experience leading a wide range of projects focused on management systems, lab design and safety programs, global compliance, physical safety programs, and construction safety. In addition, he has developed contractor safety management and crisis/ emergency management programs, including business continuity. He has deep experience designing and drafting targeted global standards and site-related compliance procedures. Rich has developed training for all disciplines of environmental, health and safety (EHS) and internationally trained on most EHS-relevant subjects.

Vicky is a consultant based in Dallas, Texas with over 10 years of experience related to the EHS industry, specifically managing and implementing projects within ERM’s Digital Services. Vicky has experience with the project management and implementation of environmental, health, safety & sustainability (EHS&S) information management systems for clients in various sectors including the Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Technology, and manufacturing sectors. Vicky has worked with various software solutions helping clients align their global EHS goals and data with technology specifically for incident management, audits and inspections, chemical and safety datasheet management, regulatory compliance and other domains.

Curt is a consultant based out of San Francisco, California. He has extensive experience in multinational EHS programs, product compliance/stewardship, and enterprise business continuity. He has directed worldwide EHS, occupational health, and business continuity functions in manufacturing, research and development, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and outsourced manufacturing, product safety, supplier management, field service, facility design, and customer support. He is effective at building global organizations and managing programs that require coordination of staff and activities to achieve company goals. Curt has a demonstrated record of developing and implementing programs that significantly improve the safety, regulatory compliance, and training at company and customer sites worldwide.
