Steve has over 30 years of experience in environmental, health and safety consulting with a focus in development and implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) programs. Steve has designed, implemented and/or audited PSM/RMP programs for a variety of industrial clients in various sectors including mid-stream and down-stream oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, food and beverage, power, metals, mining, semiconductor and general manufacturing. In addition to a strong focus on OSHA’s PSM Standard and EPA’s RMP Rule, He has extensive work globally with Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) programs for clients in the following countries: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, China, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Steve has conducted over 300 EHS or PSM/RMP compliance audits during his tenure at ERM. He has a BSME from Clemson University and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) and Certified Process safety Auditor (CPSA).

Lee currently advises multinational technology and manufacturing clients through oversight and delivery of global auditing of their e-waste programs. She works with her clients and their takeback vendors to create sustainable international audit programs and delivery, compliance program development, compliance, and management system auditing, on-site compliance support, permitting, and environmental management system development and implementation. Lee develops, verifies, and supports the various facets of implementing environmental management systems, from the framework and system design to procedure writing, audit program development, and verification. She is a Partner with ERM and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas with extensive experience in compliance assurance services.

Ed is a partner in ERM’s Supply Chain and Product Stewardship community based in Irvine, CA. Ed has 25 years of supply chain consulting experience. He has designed and implemented supply chain solutions for Fortune 100 companies. His work has focused on the intersection of operations, product stewardship and technology. Ed ensures clients supply chains are sustainable and resilient, focusing on the challenges of international and US regulations, such as: The US Dodd-Frank Act (Conflict Minerals), UK Modern Anti-Slavery Act, California Transparency in Supply Chains, REACh, RoHS and various other internationally accepted frameworks. He has led engagements with clients in: Australia, China, Europe, India, Brazil and Argentina.
