Caroline is a Consulting Director at ERM France with more than 16 years’ experience working in renewable energy (renewable onshore and offshore) with local and international standards (EP4, IFC PS, WB HSE) conducting due diligences as Lender’s advisor, leading environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) and permit application for complex infrastructure projects and developing Management Systems and Plans. She has worked in various sectors especially in renewable energy (onshore/offshore, H2) and is passionate about achieving great project outcomes integrating social, cultural, environmental, and economic benefits.
Caroline supports project developers and financial institutions with market entry/due diligences, development, permitting, construction, operation and dismantlement of renewable energy projects locally in France and internationally. She has a strong renewable energy network and provides advisory services to identify pragmatic and operational actions for mitigating E&S risks for your project/investment.
