Keith is an EIA and consents specialist with 18 years of experience supporting clients in the power and transport sectors.   

Lauren is an experienced project manager with an in-depth knowledge of the development process requirements for large and complex infrastructure projects. With over seventeen years in the energy and transportation industries, Lauren has extensive experience working in both development and consultancy environments, on projects ranging in scale and technology type. Her core area of expertise is in successfully taking renewable energy schemes from inception, through the EIA process, to installation. This has included EIA’s for numerous onshore wind farms, solar farms, offshore wind farms and CCUS projects. 

Ben has directed and managed multidisciplinary renewable power, linear and large infrastructure projects (onshore and offshore) complying with local permitting regimes and guided by international best practice, in Europe, Africa and North America. His recent experience includes managing an offshore/onshore green hydrogen site selection project in Scotland, and multiple onshore windfarm and solar PV development S36 and T&CP applications. Ben is experienced at working with clients, funding institutions and regulators alike to identify, assess and appropriately manage project risks and benefits. 

Nicholas is a Biodiversity Consultant and Chartered Environmentalist specializing in renewable energy and other forms of sustainable development with over 16 years of consulting experience. 

Kenneth is an experienced environmental project manager with over 14 years’ experience in supporting and managing complex high profile energy infrastructure projects through the consenting process. This includes early strategy development, options assessment, environmental impact assessment and consent management, conditions discharge and environment and consents compliance auditing during construction. 

Kenneth has succesfully delivered numerous types of projects including wind farms, battery storage, solar farms and electricity transmission infrastruture between 132kV and 400kV. Kenneth is also the chair and founding member of the IEMA Scotland North Regional Steering Group.  

As ERM’s Key Account Director for RWE, Sebastian is responsible for the overall relationship and client satisfaction between RWE and ERM globally. Sebastian is based at in our Frankfurt office in Germany and connects project teams internationally to transfer know how effectively between all RWE-ERM projects with the objective to increase overall project quality. He has more than 8 years of experience in Account and Project Management in the fields of sustainability with a progress on renewable, both onshore and offshore. Sebastian holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration / Finance.
