Beth Dederick, PhD, is a Partner in ERM’s Sustainable Product & Supply Chain Community. Beth has 20 years of environmental consulting experience focused on supporting the chemical, consumer product, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries in complying with global chemical regulations. Beth has hired and developed highly sought-after scientific teams with deep expertise in North American chemical regulations. Beth has presented at numerous global conferences and led global compliance programs for clients with target markets in Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is the current Past President of the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication, having completed her two-year term as President in April 2024.
Ann brings over 25 years of experience leading strategic and tactical business initiatives within SAP and its ecosystem, specializing in Product Compliance, Sustainability, and EHS. She has a proven track record of aiding some of the world's largest companies in optimizing supply chain processes, accelerating product introductions, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance across the product lifecycle. Ann holds a chemistry degree from Bucknell University and has a unique blend of deep EHS and IT skills and experience.
Danielle Svestka is a Technical Consulting Director in ERM’s Sustainable Product & Supply Chain Community. Danielle is located in the Chicagoland area and has over 20 years of experience in Product Stewardship, Hazard Communication, Global Regulatory Affairs and Biocidal Products. Danielle has spent the majority of her career in the industrial/specialty chemicals sector, with additional time working in both consumer products and animal pharmaceuticals. Past projects have included TSCA CDR reporting, FIFRA registrations and label reviews, global product hazard assessment and creation of SDSs/labels and new chemical evaluation/registration. Current project work includes providing client on-demand regulatory support and client support for 2024 CDR reporting obligations, including the use and build out of the ERM Assess tool. Prior to joining ERM, Danielle worked in the lithium industry where she managed all aspects of the chemical portfolio for the entire Americas region - inclusive of Canada, Mexico, South/Central America and the US. Danielle is a current active member of the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC) and serves as member of the SCHC Board of Directors.
