Prior to beginning her consulting career in 2018, Kelly spent 15 years at the USEPA Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics serving as technical expert on the use of predictive models to assess environmental fate, hazard, and exposure concerns for industrial chemicals. Kelly managed the development of numerous USEPA predictive tools and administered the Sustainable Futures training program to educate stakeholders on the new chemical review process under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and screening level risk assessment approaches. She participated in numerous international activities within the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and served as the US representative on the OECD QSAR Toolbox Workgroup. In 2015, Kelly became an Associate Branch Chief at USEPA focusing on prenotice communications with industry, scientific assessments for new chemicals and supporting final determinations and regulatory actions on new and existing chemicals under TSCA. In her consulting work she supports clients with regulatory strategies for introduction of new industrial chemicals in North America and development of safer chemistries by using predictive models to incorporate hazard, exposure and risk considerations early in the research and development stage.

Kate leads multidisciplinary problem-solving teams that help ERM clients to meet their business goals through effective product stewardship and sustainability. She uses her training as a chemist and an engineer to support clients in their regulatory compliance, notably under the US Toxic Substances Control Act. Kate also works with clients to participate in the Circular Economy, where she has assisted clients with designing out waste and pollution, and keeping products and materials in use. Ms. Sellers’ strategic work with clients also reflects her scholarly pursuits. She teaches the course “Product Stewardship and Chemical Sustainability” at the Harvard University Extension School and is also an adjunct professor in the Master of Science in Product Stewardship program at Indiana University, where she co-teaches a course in regulatory affairs. Those courses reflect what Kate has learned through researching and publishing five books on chemicals in the environment. Kate was a founding board member of the Product Stewardship Society and served as President from 2017 - 2019.

Maryann leads multidisciplinary problem-solving teams to assist ERM clients in meeting their business goals through effective systems and process that allow them to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Her work ranges from assisting clients in building and auditing global product stewardship programs to using her skills in toxicology, microbiology and regulatory affairs to help clients meet the needs of the value chain and the myriad of global regulatory requirements that impact them. Maryann is an active member of the Product Stewardship Society and an adjunct professor in the Master of Science in Product Stewardship program at Indiana University, where she teaches a course in regulatory affairs.

Beth is a Partner in ERM’s product stewardship and regulatory affairs community. Beth has over 15 years of environmental and sustainability consulting experience focused on supporting industry comply with global environmental product regulations. She has hired and developed highly sought after scientific teams with deep regulatory affairs expertise, and she has presented on regulatory topics at numerous global conferences. Beth has also led global compliance programs for clients with target markets in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Beth currently serves as the President of the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication.

Kevin is based in ERM's Syracuse, New York office, with more than 14 years' experience in product stewardship, global regulatory affairs, human health toxicology, and risk assessment. His work has included support in new chemical development and commercialization, hazard and risk assessment, indirect food contact compliance, and developing strategic regulatory affairs programs to globally meet business objectives. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Product Stewardship Society. Kevin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology as well as a Certified Professional Product Steward.

Chuck is a Partner in ERM’s Global Digital Service (DS) line of business based out of the Philadelphia office. Mr. McCormick leads the Product Stewardship / Compliance practice within ERM DS. His focus is on systems strategy, design, deployment and operation, delivering technology enabled business process solutions. Chuck’s experience spans over 30 years across EHS operational compliance auditing & management system development; product stewardship & global product compliance program development; and EHS&S information systems business transformation strategy, design and deployment. He brings a unique blend of facility and corporate program EHS knowledge and experience with enterprise technology enablement across the EHS domain including supply chain and product development adjacencies.

Steve is a Technical Director in ERM’s Digital Services (DS) line of business based in Philadelphia and a senior member of the Global Product Stewardship/Compliance practice. In the 20 years Steve has been in the industry, he has worked as Systems Architect, EHS Systems Lead and head of Product Stewardship and Regulatory operations. Steve is an expert in Product Safety & Compliance system design and deployment and business transformation. Steve’s broad experience in all phases EHS and Product Stewardship from system design to Business Process development and Organization Restructuring, enables him to blend operational effectiveness and systems support to effectively streamline business processes and solve operational problems. Steve’s skill were developed in the practical working environment through world class systems implementations and building successful agile Product Stewardship organizations at leading specialty chemical companies. Steve holds an international Masters of Law degree From De Montfort University in the UK.

Ed is based in Irvine, California and has 25 years of supply chain consulting experience. He has designed and implemented supply chain solutions for Fortune 100 companies. His work has focused on the intersection of operations, product stewardship and technology. Ed has led supply chain and sourcing projects in the technology, manufacturing, mining, and chemical industries. Ed ensures clients supply chains are sustainable and resilient, focusing on the challenges of international and US regulations, such as: The Dodd-Frank Act (Conflict Minerals), UK Modern Anti-Slavery Act, California Transparency in Supply Chains, REACh, RoHS and various other internationally accepted frameworks. He has led engagements with clients in: Australia, China, Europe, India, Brazil and Argentina. Ed is a Certified in Inventory and Production Management (CPIM) by the Supply Chain Council. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has successfully deployed 125 person unit overseas.
