Nat has over 25 years’ experience in working together with leading local and multinational corporations and public sector clients, advising on strategies for ESG/Sustainability risks and opportunities and business value creation, and transition to net zero economy.

Utilising his hands-on experience assisting clients in managing their operational environmental and social aspects, Nat leads the development and implementation of Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change services, including Policy, Strategy and Program development for various industry sectors.

Dr. Leu is the Senior Partner of ERM. He served as Country Managing Partner for ERM Taiwan for 23 years and is now ERM Asia Sustainable Product/Supply Chain Lead and Chem/Pharma Industry Lead. Over 25 years of environmental engineering and EHS management experience in government and consulting, he has extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) management system and corporate audit programs, EHS due diligence, E&S DD/management system/action, corporate sustainability and climate change, product stewardship, site investigation and remediation, waste management, environmental permitting, EHS monitoring and regulatory compliance assessments working with both manor local and multi-national companies. With his background in chemical engineering, environmental engineering and EHS management and through his experience in sustainability consulting, he is familiar with a wide range of issues associated with chem/pharm industry, technology industry, renewable energy industry, finance industry and industrial and manufacturing processes. He has directed over 2,000 EHS related consulting projects in Taiwan, China, HK, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. 

Prior to joining ERM, he worked with Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration at the Waste Management Bureau and the Office of Science and Technology Advisors for four years responsible for policy/regulatory development, international co-operation programs, technology transfer and waste management.  

Daniela has over 30 years' experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and management of large and complex infrastructure projects and programs under various regulatory and consenting regimes.  Daniela regularly directs and works collaboratively with internationally based multidisciplinary teams to support our clients, lenders, external stakeholders and regulators to successfully deliver capital projects through feasibility, design and into construction. 

She has extensive experience managing Hydrogen and Renewables projects, including Hydrogen production and storage, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), solar and wind developments, providing expert guidance to clients, and ensuring project alignment with local and international environmental regulations and standards. Daniela is passionate about sustainable development, leading strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable development practices, overseeing comprehensive impact assessments, regulatory compliance, and the development of environmental management plans.

SK leads the Malaysia and Brunei business for ERM, to help accelerate low carbon economy and energy transition, focusing on diversified energy, power, manufacturing, banks and financial sectors.

With over three decades of successful track records in the international energy sector, SK has driven outstanding business results and established strong energy industry network across Asia, Americas and Europe. His areas of experience include project management, strategy review (country, region and global level), mergers, acquisitions and divestment, due diligence, corporate governance, commercial negotiation, digital deployment, LNG trading, operations with P&L responsibility, lobbying and advocacy work.

Prior to joining ERM, SK held various leadership and board positions across diversified energy sector, including Shell Group. He builds international expertise and defined by his passion for people and culture, having worked and lived in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, US and UK; and conducted business extensively across China/North Asia, ASEAN and US/Latin Americas.

Jye Yng has over 20 years experience in management and consulting in the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical sectors. She takes an active leadership role in driving decarbonisation services in Southeast Asia, supporting clients in developing carbon neutrality and net zero pathways through technology, carbon mitigation options, energy efficiency and digital applications.

She specialises in the area of process safety and technical risk management taking on the role of Technical Authority for projects in petrochemicals, refineries, offshore oil & gas facilities, FPSOs, LNG facilities and terminals throughout the various stages of project lifecycle for major oil & gas corporations. With her process and engineering background, she directs sustainability and climate change related projects for processing facilities involving Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3 GHG assessment for informed net zero target, carbon abatement initiatives, energy efficiency and CCS risk assessments.

She also works directly with Clients in addressing various challenging issues including risk mitigation and solutions, developing analysis tool to prioritise efforts and cost benefit analysis in determining selection of mitigation options.
