Caroline specializes in improving performance through fit-for-purpose and holistic HSEC management systems, as well as topic-specific social risk and opportunity management including strategic community investment.
She has also worked with clients to diagnose actual and potential human rights issues. This includes issues around complicity, human rights management and implementation, and the implementation of the voluntary principles on security and human rights.
