Susan has been with ERM for 15 years serving in a variety of roles, most recently as the interim RCEO for the region leading the business in this region under extraordinary business conditions. Prior to this she served as the Operations Lead for the region.
In her new role as the RCEO for North America, Susan’s technical and leadership foundation will enable her to deliver on our collective vision. Of particular importance is our ability to move forward in ensuring ERM continues as the market leader co-creating a sustainable future in the low carbon economy alongside our clients.
Prior to joining ERM, Susan worked as a consultant to the US EPA applying her engineering background to the development of regulations for the Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards. This role complemented her earlier experience as an environmental consultant addressing Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Superfund challenges for her clients.
ERM’s North America CEO Susan Angyal will be speaking at the NAEM Women’s Leadership Roundtable – WOMENLEAD21.
As the only conference dedicated to women working in EHS & Sustainability management, NAEM's Women's Leadership Roundtable is geared towards helping women advance their careers with relevant leadership content, meaningful discussions, and valuable connections.
The event will provide insights from senior leaders offering guidance, advice, and support; the opportunity to engage with peers facing similar challenges; and strategies and tools for cultivating an authentic leadership style and bringing out the best in team members.
