Kerstin is ERM Partner Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change in Central and Eastern Europe Region. She is Economist and Environmental Scientist by profession, has a Phd in forest management and is currently pursuing accreditation for carbon auditing. She has spent more than 25 years in conservation project design (United Nations), environment and climate policy (German Federal Environment Ministry, EU), consultancy, industry, and large conservation NGOs (WWF, The Nature Conservancy) in Europe, Africa and USA. One of her areas of specialization is the development and implementation of nature-based solutions to climate change through the protection, management and restoration of ecosystems. This includes work on off-setting and also creating biodiversity and social co-benefits.

With over two days of virtual engagement and one day of face-to-face held at the InterContinental London Park Lane, International Energy Week (formerly IP Week) is the global conference for a new energy era.
IE Week will once again gather senior leaders from across the oil, gas and energy industry as well as government, NGOs and Academia to discuss the global energy transition.
The conference will assess the outcomes of COP26 and discuss what will be required to achieve global net zero emissions and meet the energy needs of the world’s populations.
