He leads ERM’s strategic climate change partnerships and oversees all ERM’s activities related to Net Zero Cloud implementation and adjacent climate advisory services. Doug came to ERM from academia with a scientific focus on advanced geospatial technology, climate modeling, and the social impacts from climate change.

Margie has 30+ years of experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability, coupled with eight years leading investor relations for a large financial institution. She is well-versed in triple bottom-line impact and has been instrumental in shaping a variety of sustainability strategies for regional, national, and global corporations and organizations. Prior to joining ERM, Margie co-founded in 1996 a corporate sustainability and governance consulting firm which was acquired by ERM in February 2018.

Suzanne Shelton

Suzanne Shelton is the CEO of Shelton Group, an ERM Group Company, the nation’s leading marketing communications agency entirely focused exclusively in the ESG space. She regularly counsels C-level executives at Fortune 1000 organizations on how to best define and leverage their sustainability approaches to drive business results.
