Catherine (Katie) Osborn is a Senior Manager in ERM’s SustainAbility Institute team based in Barcelona, Spain. Katie has nearly a decade of experience guiding multinational companies through the dynamic sustainability landscape. She has helped dozens of companies develop materiality assessments, create sustainability strategies and goals, improve ESG ratings and rankings responses, and implement their sustainability plans. She has also contributed to ERM thought leadership, including Rate the Raters: ESG Ratings at A Crossroads. Additionally, Katie is the Innovation Champion for ERM’s Sustainability Strategy & Disclosure technical practice, and she co-leads the Sustainability Institute’s ESG Ratings Working Group. Katie’s academic background is in economics and political science.

Alexander Cox, based in Germany, has over two decades experience in Sustainable Finance, Sustainability, Risk & Assurance profession having held positions in heavy industry, investment banking and sustainability consultancy companies. Alex has been working at ERM for over 16 years and is the Head of ERM’s Carbon Markets business.

Giovanni Aquaro is a Partner at ERM, EMEA Financial Sector Lead and Southern Europe M&A Lead, based in the Milan office. He is currently in charge of Private Capital ESG Market in EMEA and member of the Global Financial Sector leadership team with a focus area on Private Equity. He provides technical direction on environmental, social and governance (ESG) related services, designing and implementing sustainability strategies for alternative asset managers and their portfolio companies. Giovanni has been the leading ESG advisor in more than 300 transactions with a global footprint. He supported several private equity, infrastructural, debt and turnround funds during commercialization, investment and ownership phases. He advises several diversified financial institutions and corporates on their sustainability strategy and disclosure paths with the ultimate goal of creating a long-term sustainable value and attracting investors.

Alberto Chiandetti, the portfolio manager, has over 23 years investment research experience. He is lead Portfolio Manager of Fidelity Italy Fund since October 2008, co-lead of Fidelity Switzerland Fund since August 2011, and has managed Fidelity European Opportunities Fund between Oct 2014 and January 2021. Alberto first joined Fidelity International in July 2006 to take the role of Italy Country Analyst. Prior to Joining Fidelity he spent 8 years as a sell-side equity analyst with Euromobiliare SIM (currently Equita SIM), Italy. Alberto has a BSc in Finance from the Università Commerciale “L.Bocconi”, Milan, is a CFA Charterholder since 2004 and earned the CFA Certificate in ESG investing in 2021.

Stakeholder engagement and ESG manager with more than 15 years of experience in envisioning, developing and executing high-level partnerships, sustainability projects and integrated communication initiatives. Currently Head of Sustainability and Cultural Heritage at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti - the Italian National Promotional Institution - after leading events and sponsorship, internal communication and engagement. Previously in the leading insurance group AXA, as Head of Corporate Responsibility, Thought leadership & Public Affairs in Italy. International work experience, mainly in financial services. Also founder of Angels 4 women (the first association of Italian women business angels to support and fund innovative women entrepreneurs and early-stage startups), part of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network and member of the Supervisory board of the Italian Foundation for Business Reporting – Sustainability, Non-Financial and Integrated Reporting (O.I.B.R.). 

Graduated cum laude in Bocconi University (Corporate Finance), with an experimental dissertation thesis of AI in financial series forecasting, he has more than 30 years' experience in financial markets both on trading and sales on all relevant major asset classes. He has been working in many investment banks (Commerzbank, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Bank of America, Citibank) before joining IMI Corporate Investment Banking of Intesa Sanpaolo as Global Head of FX Sales in 2012. In 2019 he has become Head of Strategic Marketing and ESG Initiatives of IMI-CIB where he is Coordinator of the Team ESG and recently being appointed Sustainability Manager for the Division. He is Strategist of Assiom Forex, the leading Italian association of financial market dealers. He is a passionate runner and co-founder/drummer of the Bank’in-Band, the cover and donation pop-rock band of Intesa Sanpaolo Group. 

In her current role of head of ESG Investor Relations, Rosanna manages the relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts and ESG rating agencies on ESG strategy and performance topics. Rosanna joined the Investor Relations Team in early 2000s to cover the then emerging ESG interest from capital markets. Rosanna has contributed to develop Eni’s ESG equity story also through dedicated events including Governance and Remuneration Road Shows involving, respectively, the Chairman of the Board or the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Rosanna started her career in the gas wholesale distribution sector (Snam).
