Join ERM to discuss the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Green-Deal related directives and how these influence Latin American companies.
The CSRD came into effect in January 2023 and applies to over 50,000 companies headquartered in the EU and outside.
These Directives represent the most far-reaching legislation on ESG disclosure and raise many questions: Which companies will the Directives apply to and when? How will they impact the companies with subsidiaries in Europe? What steps should companies take to prepare for their implementation? The webinar series will address these questions and more through discussion with ERM’s subject matter experts.
