Kane Choy is a Chartered Engineer (IMechE) and principal consultant with experience in providing risk, reliability and safety management services for multi-national companies in power, oil & gas, technology, manufacturing, and transportation industries. His work experience includes safety culture transformation (safety culture & behavioural safety, safety observations, incident investigation, training and coaching), occupational health & safety management, fire and explosion safety, hazard analysis and risk assessment techniques (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ALARP), Control of Major Accidental Hazards and Process Safety Management (PSM), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Safety Case, and Emergency Response Planning.

Kate Harvey is the General Manager of the G+ Global Offshore Wind Health and Safety Organisation. The G+ is owned by the world's largest offshore wind operators and WTG OEMs. It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest possible standards of health and safety throughout the lifecycle of offshore wind farms. Kate began her career in renewable energy at RWE in 2002. Kate then joined SSE in 2008, where she undertook the following roles: Consents Manager for Greater Gabbard, Project Manager for Galloper, SSE Asset Manager for Dogger Bank and Board member of Seagreen. Kate has been the G+ General Manager since 2016.

David Collins has worked in the offshore wind industry for over twelve years. He has worked at Orsted as HSE Manager in the UK and Taiwan, and most recently has the role of regional APAC HSE Manager for Orsted. His extensive experience includes coordinating with contractors such as Siemens, Bladt, CT Offshore, A2Sea, Scaldis, Balfour Beatty, VSMC, Technip and TAGU on offshore projects, as well as engaging with government departments and other stakeholders to develop and establish highest standards possible for HSE in the offshore wind industry specifically in Taiwan.

Richard Clarkson is a highly experienced Project Director with a multitude of skills across the spectrum of engineering including mechanical, electrical and civil – for both onshore and offshore wind projects. He has managed projects up to £200m in the renewable energy markets, most recently for GE as part of the global execution team. He is fully conversant with current health, safety, welfare and environmental regulations and quality management systems and is experienced in working globally and particularly in SE Asia.

Roy is a principal consultant with multifaceted experience in mining, oil & gas and major asset development construction projects. He has professional qualifications in education and how people learn; and social psychology of risk, dealing in the way people arrange and organise work activities. Roy is comfortable to operate and mentor in an operational field-environment or in learning and planning forums as an experienced and qualified educator. He supports organisations to transform and change the way they approach their operational risks. He has worked in 16 countries on 6 continents in safety leadership and management. In the past five years Roy has engaged with large projects to assist leaders and field managers in renewable energy to transform workplaces and plan their safe systems of work and how they organise and internalise safety values on large projects and operations in small workspaces.
