James Tilbury

Partner – Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change, ERM

James Tilbury is a Partner in ERM’s Sydney office, specialising in climate strategy. His previous roles include the Boston Consulting Group’s lead climate and sustainability expert in ANZ, a carbon auditor at Ernst & Young, and a researcher at the University of Oxford. He’s published on a range of topics, including a report on climate scenario analysis.

Ben Sichlau

Partner – Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change, Point Advisory

Ben is a Partner with Point Advisory and is primarily focussed on TCFD and Net Zero services. For the past seventeen years Ben has worked to help organisations navigate pressing sustainability and environmental challenges. He has assembled and led teams in the development of analytical tools, and in strategic and stakeholder-focussed projects.

Hannah Simon

Senior Consultant – Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change, ERM

Hannah is a Senior Consultant based in ERM's London office, with a particular focus on energy and climate change. She specialises in supporting clients in their climate risk disclosure & strategy processes, as per international standards and benchmarks (such as TCFD, EU Taxonomy and CDP). In this capacity, Hannah helps clients to understand the physical and financial risks that climate change presents to their operations, supply and value chains, as well as their portfolios.

James Hubbard

Principal Climate Change Consultant, ERM

James is the regional leader for our work assessing physical climate change risks. He oversees a team which reviews trends across all key climate hazards, to identify how these might impact operations and the value chain. This includes assessments that review financial impact. His experience includes drafting responses to CDP, as well as various reporting requirements, including for emerging mandatory requirements.
