Yulia is a Partner at ERM leading Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change Practice in Asia. She has 15 years' experience in consulting and managing projects on climate change, clean energy and sustainable development. She is leading a team of consultants and a portfolio of advisory projects in the region related to the assessment and design of climate policies, strategies, as well as innovative blended finance schemes, impact funds and facilities that help de-risk and unlock private investments in climate actions. Yulia has been involved in a number of TCFD-related advisory assignments assisting her clients in assessing and disclosing climate-related risks and opportunities for their businesses and in defining Science-Based Targets (SBT) as part of their low-carbon economy transition journey.
David is a Principal Consultant at ERM Vietnam leading Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change and Low Carbon Economy Transition practices in Vietnam. He has 18 years' experience managing large scale projects for the power and renewable sectors in Australia and SEA. David brings extensive experience in ESHIA development, corporate strategic positioning in the market through ESG initiatives, environmental compliance and developing innovative strategies to implement transition to low carbon emissions.
Kate is based in Bangkok where she supports clients across Southeast Asia integrate sustainability frameworks, global trends and stakeholder expectations into their business strategy and reporting. Her expertise includes strategy development, materiality, goal-setting, integrated and sustainability reporting, sustainable value chain and stakeholder engagement. She brings almost 10-year experience working with sectors such as Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Mining, and Energy across Europe and Southeast Asia. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Value Chains for the University of Cambridge, UK.
Linh is a Senior Environment and Social Consultant at ERM Vietnam. She has nine-year experience in social and environmental management system development and corporate sustainability. Linh has been working on multiple projects in Vietnam, assisting both public and private sector clients in aligning their sustainability strategies and approaches with international best practices and standards. Linh has a solid understanding of Vietnam regulations in respect to sustainable development topics. She has worked in the field for engagement with local authorities and local people in both urban and rural areas in different provinces in Vietnam for the development of social and environmental management plans in accordance with international requirements (e.g. International Financial Corporation-IFC and Asian Development Bank-ADB).
Michele Lemmens is the Regional Head of the ASEAN Hub for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and works across businesses, governments, regulators, stock exchanges, investors and academia in the region to advocate disclosure and build capability in sustainability reporting. Key to this outcome is engaging stakeholders in enhanced dialogues around ESG disclosure that enable better decisions, based on information that matter, to drive more sustainable outcomes. She has extensive experience in business model transformation often led by strategies around new market entry, M&A, JVs, start-ups and strategic alliances. This experience has been built across multiple business functions and industries spanning APAC, ASEAN, Middle East and UK geographies. Michele is passionate about the opportunities for businesses to embrace more sustainable business models by harnessing the power of innovation and digital in the way they operate and champion change for a better triple top line.
