Environmental Engineer, with a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo. Currently working as an Associate Partner at ERM, with 16 years of professional experience in environmental consulting and solid expertise in contaminated site management and complex environmental investigations, combining technical knowledge with leadership of multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects. At ERM, she is responsible for delivering high-impact assignments across multiple industries, supporting clients in managing environmental risks, navigating regulatory frameworks, and advancing sustainability objectives. Her experience covers multiple phases of site assessment and investigation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance, consistently applying a pragmatic and results-oriented approach to develop solutions that are technically robust, defensible, and aligned with business priorities.
ERM will be presenting at Gecamin a leading international conference focused on mine closure planning and management, bringing together key stakeholders from industry, government, and multilateral organizations. The event highlights best practices in sustainability, environmental management, social risk, and ESG integration, promoting a “mining for closure” approach that optimizes outcomes across the entire mining lifecycle.
