Kevin Eldridge is a Principal Consultant in ERM’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. His experience is in the environmental consulting field, including management of air quality permitting, regulatory analysis, dispersion modeling, and emissions inventory programs as well as other multi-media environmental projects. Project management experience includes direction and supervision of engineers, meteorologists, and other scientists on air quality projects, including interaction with state regulators, client interface, budget, schedule development and monitoring, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of deliverables. Mr. Eldridge’s experience also includes developing Risk Management Plans for natural gas processing plants, chemical manufacturing, hydrogen storage and general manufacturing processes.
