ERM at ASSP's Safety 2024 Conference

Brian Desrosiers, MBA, CSP, OHST, CPSA, is a seasoned Health and Safety (H&S) and Process Safety Management (PSM) consultant with over a decade of experience across various industry sectors, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical, oil & gas, and technology. Based in Hartford, Connecticut, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College and an Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University, with a focus on digital transformation and technology.

Mr. Desrosiers is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), an Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST), and a Certified Process Safety Auditor (CPSA). His notable roles include serving as the Northeast Business Unit Health and Safety Lead and the North America Technical Community Lead for Safety, Risk, and Health at ERM.

Mr. Desrosiers specializes in developing and implementing PSM, safety, and industrial hygiene programs, conducting qualitative and quantitative industrial hygiene assessments, facilitating Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), managing combustible dust hazards, and leading comprehensive safety audits.

Patrick is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with 25 years of broad EHS experience. Prior to joining ERM, Patrick was the Sr. Director of H&S, North America, for the 2nd largest chemical distributor in the world. In addition to building world-class Safety Management Systems for some of the most recognizable companies in the world, he has extensive training and experience in the manufacturing, storage, and transportation of highly hazardous chemicals, multiple billion-dollar acquisitions and integrations, he has negotiated favorable outcomes in OSHA enforcement actions across the US. He also has special expertise in Hyperscaler data center construction projects, PSM, BBS, large-scale employee wellbeing programs, psychosocial assessments, fleet safety and DOT compliance, digital EHS management systems, WC/AL program management, and cultural change management. Patrick holds a BS in Criminal Justice, an MPA focused in Emergency Management, and is veteran of the US Army. 

Matt Prezioso is a Health and Safety professional skilled at building, implementing, and auditing EHS management systems, responding to health and safety operational and organizational change, and integrating health and safety into business strategy. He is experienced in health and safety for pharma, biotechnology, technology, and manufacturing. He is skilled at assessing risk, facilitating culture transformation workshops, training groups by focusing on coaching and engaging learners, and building critical thinking skills.

Ms. Gill, CSP, is a leading expert in corporate health, safety, and environmental management with over 17 years of experience. She has designed and implemented effective EHS management systems, fostering proactive interactions with various stakeholders. Recognized as the 2022 Safety Professional of the Year by the ASSP Fort Worth Chapter, she currently serves as a Principal Consultant in Safety at ERM, promoting sustainable practices from the ground level to the executive suite.

Ms. Gill holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business from the University of Minnesota - Morris. She is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Missouri - St. Louis, focusing on safety leadership and ESG.

An active ASSP member, Ms. Gill participates in the WISE and BISE groups and serves as the Communications Chair and WISE Liaison for the Fort Worth Chapter. Additionally, she is an adjunct instructor at Tarleton State University and Texas A&M Commerce, teaching various safety management courses.
