This year’s theme: Beyond the limits of law and regulation towards real impact in harmony
Sustainable is the new normal. Laws and regulations are increasingly setting the (minimum) norm. Oftentimes this is accompanied by delays, friction, complexity, and even deadlocks and major lawsuits. Real impact, fast and effective, requires innovation beyond the boundaries of regulations. It asks for harmony. Harmony between nature, people, and organization. But also harmony between consumer/citizen, business, politics, and government. This harmony is our society's right to exist. Now is the time for us, as future makers at organizations, to start remembering what we are doing all this for and determine to be true forerunners. We are entering a new period of innovation in which harmony plays an important role in becoming a thriving and resilient world. Only like this can we positively influence this right to exist from the corporate perspective. Can we be proud of ourselves when we look back at the impact we have made?
