Rutuja Tendolkar is a Partner at ERM based in the Singapore office, with over 15 years of experience in capital project delivery (across resettlement advisory, gender, human rights, and impact assessment) and transaction advisory (ESG and sustainable finance). As the Social Performance Lead for ERM’s Asia region, Rutuja oversees the programmatic integration of social performance and human rights across our foundational services, beyond compliance, as a part of integrated due diligence and to help navigate the interplay across nature, climate and livelihoods. She has interpreted IFC, AIIB, World Bank, ADB, NDB, BII, JBIC, EBRD, UNGPs and DFC environmental and social safeguards requirements for clients and projects across South Asia; Africa; South-east Asia; Middle east; and CIS countries.
