Hiroshi is leading the Low-Carbon Economic Transition practice in ERM-Japan, and has a long and dedicated career history in Energy Project Finance / Carbon Finance / Net Zero Transition. He advises energy and utility companies and other private sector in Net Zero Strategy formation including domestic/overseas hydrogen and CCUS projects and carbon trading.In 2005, led the first carbon fund in Asia, Japan Carbon Finance (JCF) and developed multiple emission reduction projects in Latin American. After moving to Fortis /BNP Paribas, led the emission trading and carbon portfolio management in Asia serving to major utility companies in their carbon strategy. From 2012, Hiroshi joined PwC providing services for private and public sector in their carbon policies / strategies.
