Yulia Dobrolyubova leads Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change services across Southeast Asia. She has 18 years' experience in consulting and managing projects on climate change, clean energy and sustainable development, including over 14 years in Asia-Pacific (APAC). She has worked with various development organisations (World Bank/IFC, EBRD, ADB, United Nations agencies), impact investors and financial institutions, national and city governments, as well as companies in the energy, cement, steel, textile and apparel, automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and other sectors.  Yulia is one of the lead ERM experts in APAC for the design of environmental, social and governance (ESG) and climate strategies for various sectors and clients. She has been leading the development of sectoral climate change studies for national, city governments, international organisations and corporate clients. She is also an author and reviewer of a number of studies and publications.

Dr. Leu is the Senior Partner of ERM. He served as Country Managing Partner for ERM Taiwan for 23 years and is now ERM Asia Sustainable Product/Supply Chain Lead and Chem/Pharm Industry Lead. Over 25 years of environmental engineering and EHS management experience in government and consulting, he has extensive experience in Phase I and II environmental site assessment, environmental health and safety (EHS) management system and corporate audit programs, EHS due diligence, product stewardship, site investigation and remediation, waste management, environmental permitting, EHS monitoring and regulatory compliance assessments working with both manor local and multi-national companies. With his background in chemical engineering, environmental engineering and EHS management and through his experience in EHS consulting, he is familiar with a wide range of issues associated with chem/pharm industry, technology industry, renewable energy industry, finance industry and industrial and manufacturing processes. He has directed and managed over 2,000 EHS related consulting projects in Taiwan, China, HK, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.  Prior to joining ERM, he worked with Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration at the Waste Management Bureau and the Office of Science and Technology Advisors for 4 years responsible for policy/regulatory development, international co-operation programs, technology transfer and waste management.

Annette Koehler is a Partner and ERM´s EMEA Product Sustainability and Circularity Partner Lead.  Her core expertise is in developing and embedding the strategic and operational sustainability agendas into multifaceted organisations, including the leadership and delivery of cross-functional initiatives and programs. She is a trusted advisor for a broad range of sustainability and circularity challenges and opportunities. She brings more than 20 years of experience of working internationally with a diverse range of multinational clients including the chemical, pharmaceutical & health care, manufacturing, cement and building materials, consumer goods, food, packaging, power and automation, and finance sectors.
