Linda-Jean Cockcroft is Sustainable Products and Circularity partner in ERM in the Netherlands, where she focuses on EU policy and strategy from a business resilience and enterprise risk perspective. She has almost 15 years’ experience, including industry experience, and a strong track record in EU regulatory and business strategic advisory services. Linda-Jean works with stakeholders on a range of business, policy and regulatory challenges and opportunities, across various sectors including automotive, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and FMCG. In addition, Linda-Jean is a member of ERM’s global PFAS risk management team and has extensive experience in supporting clients as regards the proposed EU ban of >10,000 PFAS chemicals.

John is the global lead of ERM’s dedicated PFAS risk management team. He has more than 30 years of experience helping chemical industry business leaders effectively address business continuity risks and opportunities related to environmental, health, safety and sustainability drivers. John has significant experience leading multi-disciplinary, global teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating PFAS-related business risks.

Jo has over 15 years’ experience in working on chemicals management and in supporting the chemicals sector comply with the expanding chemical management and HSE agenda. She has advised many organizations on product sustainability services that tackle complex chemical management challenges. This includes REACH, GHS, REACH-like and product specific regulations, chemical supply chain management and product environmental foot-printing, and life cycle assessment as well as chemical data management.

Carolyn has more than 25 years in the agchem sector, primarily as a regulatory expert for the EU. She has 24 years in industry with a large pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. She has led many high-performing teams that specialize in issue and crisis management, plus advocacy and negotiation with member states and regulators.

Wilhelm is the lead partner in ERM’s Chemical Regulatory group. He brings more than 15 years’ experience of advising organizations on regulatory topics linked to chemical legislation, material compliance, and chemical compliance. As regulations are in a constant state of change, Wilhelm works with business leaders to make sure they have suitable material and product strategies in place, and that they have the right tools and solutions to support their business needs. Wilhelm brings with him deep knowledge of EU-REACH, and regulations similar to REACH, such as KKDIK, Korea REACH etc. as well as RoHS, Food-Contact-Material, the Stockholm-Convention, and Conflict-Minerals.
