James has over 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of a wide variety of soil and groundwater investigation & remediation projects as a technical leader or project manager in mutiple geographies. He has extensive experience in the design and application of all major in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies and is a thermal technology specialist, having used innovative approaches to deliver successful business outcomes for multiple clients. James also leads ERMs Global Remediation Management Technical Community and ERMs Global Thermal Remediation Team. He has also presented over 75 papers at national and international technical conferences

Charline assisted and manged different site investigation and remediation projects, including account management and subcontractor responsibilities. She is also a key member of the digital and data analytics team with experience in Power BI, helping various project teams to get useful dashboards to visualise and manage data. 

Edoardo has over 6 years of experience in the organization and management of environmental characterization, and remediation projects for contaminated sites, on behalf of clients operating in the oil & gas, chemical & pharmaceutical, manufacturing industry. His fields of competence comprise human health risk assessments of contaminated sites pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/06, in accordance with major international (ASTM) and Italian standards, and guidelines for assessing health and environmental risk, operational and executive design of remediation works on contaminated sites, relations with the public authorities involved in the context of environmental remediation proceedings, design and operational management of field surveys on contaminated environmental media and environmental damage evaluation and support in litigation services.

Michele has over 20 years of experience is the fields of contaminated sites management and complex numerical modelling. He worked for numerous contaminated sites, also in the field of litigation support, for the definition of the Site Conceptual Model, site characterization and remediation, complex hydrogeological modelling, contaminated soil and groundwater management, and risk assessment. Modelling capabilities includes 3D, numerical groundwater flow, contaminant and heat transport modelling, density dependent, variable saturation and stochastic modelling, automated calibration with inverse modelling. He also has robust competencies in data management, GIS and statistical analysis.

Matthias has over 15 years of professional experience and over 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of a wide variety of different remedial technologies within soil and groundwater remediation.

Olga has over 20 years of professional experience in complex site investigation and remediation projects in Belgium and Greece, including water resource management projects.
