Sabine Hoefnagel is the Global Director of Services, Brand and Communications and a member of ERM’s global Executive Committee. She is also an experienced Project Director and has 25 years professional experience in social performance management, corporate strategy, human rights and international development and has worked worldwide providing advice to both private and public sector clients at all levels.

Sabine works with clients to assist them to identify issues, to set policy and develop procedures and tools that respond to both business needs and stakeholder expectations and are aimed at consistently improving performance. She has lead numerous assignments for clients on social and sustainability issues in the private sector helping them to meet relevant international standards. She has overall accountability for leading ERM’s own sustainability commitments, represents ERM at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and leads ERM’s internal global Human Rights and Business Network.

Federica Salazar is an attorney with a master’s degree in environmental law, with broad legal and administrative experience in environmental and administrative law and related areas. She is an environmental, health, and safety law specialist with extensive experience in legal environmental training, legal advice and representation in businesses in both the public and private sectors.

She currently leads the Transaction Advisory Service for ERM´s Latinoamerica (LAC) Region. Her broad experience is composed of support in connection with (i) HSE Permitting, obtaining licenses, concessions and permits needed to begin certain projects or businesses, (ii) ongoing compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations and standards (iii) M&A services all over the region and, (iv) with the proper management of contamination incidents and / or identification of environmental liabilities.
