Brian is an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) / Process Safety Management (PSM) Consultant with ERM based in Tampa, FL. Steve has over 30 years of experience in environmental, health and safety consulting with a focus in development and implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) programs. Steve has designed, implemented and/or audited PSM/RMP programs for a variety of industrial clients in various sectors including mid-stream and down-stream oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, food and beverage, power, metals, mining, semiconductor and general manufacturing. In addition to a strong focus on OSHA’s PSM Standard and EPA’s RMP Rule, He has extensive work globally with Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) programs for clients in the following countries: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, China, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Steve has conducted over 300 EHS or PSM/RMP compliance audits during his tenure at ERM. He has a BSME from Clemson University and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) and Certified Process safety Auditor (CPSA).

Chris has over 21 years' work experience in the areas of process safety and risk management with an extensive process and environmental background. His O&G, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals expertise includes various PSM, SEMS and RMP related areas such as Audits, process hazard analyses (PHAs) including HAZOPs, HAZIDs and What-If/checklists, Layer of protection analysis (LOPA). This has been complemented with the extensive use of PHA software tools such as PHA-Pro, HAZOP Leader and PHA Works. He has also been the Process Safety Lead on offshore and onshore projects that require managing the design safety requirements for oil operating companies. His experience also includes safety culture change, management of change (MOC), pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR), Safe work practices, HSE audits, gap analysis, applicability studies, facility siting studies and other process safety/regulatory requirements. In addition, He currently provides this expertise to various safety & risk clients in the North America, Europe, Africa and India, and is a recognized professional/presenter in various regional and national level safety conferences.

Larry has over 20 years of experience in environmental, health and safety management with a focus in development and implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) programs. Larry has diverse experience in the chemical, consumer goods, specialty metals, automotive, oil & gas, pulp & paper, pharmaceutical and food/beverage industries. He is an expert with interpretation and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations (including 29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68); implementing policies and procedures to meet all federal, state and local requirements. Larry has worked in industry where his experience includes start-up and operation of manufacturing facilities, including training, program development, compliance and reporting of health, safety and environmental matters. During his tenure with ERM Larry has completed over 175 EHS and 140 PSM/RMP compliance audits. Larry is certified in Process Hazard Analysis facilitation and is a Certified Process Safety Auditor (CPSA).

Joe is a chemical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Risk Management, Process Safety and Combustible Dust areas, with emphasis on explosion modeling for both flammable liquids and gases as well as combustible dusts, and in areas pertaining to Mechanical Integrity. He is well versed in OSHA 1910 and 1926, Process Safety Management, NFPA, 21 and 40 CFR, as well as RCRA, SARA, RMP as well as air and water permitting. Joe is responsible for developing, implementing, leading, and auditing safety and environmental programs during the construction and commissioning of a new liquefaction and vaporization systems.

Bob has over 15 years of industrial hygiene experience including authoring and implementing health and safety standards for laboratories that handle biological viruses, chemical agents (VX, GB, Sarin), pharmaceutical drugs, explosives testing, and radiological hazards. He has over 15 years of technical safety experience in leading teams of engineers and operational staff in explosives and weapons manufacturing. In his career he has served in Manager, Director, and Vice President positions leading technical teams to manage EHS programs in process safety, fire prevention and protection, hazardous waste management, air quality and permitting, contractor safety, chemical tracking systems, industrial hygiene per ACGIH and OSHA standards, respiratory protection, hearing conservation, lock out/tag out, near miss analysis, virus and chemical agent handling, radiation safety, and fuel handling. Mr. Parman has interacted frequently with OSHA, EPA, DEA, DOD, DOT, NASA, BATF, and Edgewood Chemical & Biological Center on technical projects.

He has designed and implemented supply chain solutions for Fortune 100 companies. His work has focused on the intersection of operations, product stewardship and technology. Ed ensures clients supply chains are sustainable and resilient, focusing on the challenges of international and US regulations, such as: The US Dodd-Frank Act (Conflict Minerals), UK Modern Anti-Slavery Act, California Transparency in Supply Chains, REACh, RoHS and various other internationally accepted frameworks. He has led engagements with clients in Australia, China, Europe, India, Brazil and Argentina.
