Systems are expected to be in place in time to track ERM's 5-year diversity goal. At the close of FY19, the UK-based Board of Directors consisted of 8 members, all of Caucasian descent. Twelve of the 13 members of the Executive Committee are of Caucasian descent, and there was one vacant role |
