Philippa has over 25 years of experience as an EHS professional, working in manufacturing and service industries. In her role as Consulting Director at ERM she supports clients in health & safety culture transformation and human performance improvement from leadership to field operation. Before joining ERM she worked in the renewables sector where she held a global role in human performance improvement for Vestas Wind Systems driving culture transformation programmes across the manufacturing, construction, and service businesses.
