Liz Valsamidis has 20 years of experience in strategic communications and public relations and is skilled at building and managing effective stakeholder outreach and public participation programs. Always looking for innovative ways to support social risk mitigation and encourage two-way dialogue, she spearheads the development and implementation of data mining, visualization and virtual engagement tools.
Liz supports diverse and often controversial projects across a variety of sectors and industries; advises clients on corporate environmental justice strategy; facilitates public meetings and advisory groups; manages community liaison programs; and more – all in an effort to support environmental social governance (ESG) initiatives and clients’ efforts to earn and maintain social license to operate.

Molly Iliffe is the economics and financial manager of the ERM Dolphyn green hydrogen project, as well as leading projects for commercial clients in the hydrogen and energy transition space.
Prior to working in hydrogen, Molly spent more than 10 years as a technical and commercial advisor in the renewables sector, including more than five years on the senior management team of a leading renewable energy consultancy business.

Josiah Mault is highly experienced in all aspects of wind resource and energy yield analyses for both onshore and offshore projects. He provides key advice on pre- and post-construction projects to mitigate technical risks and reduce uncertainty in support of development and financing.
His 14 years of energy yield experience covers a broad range of technologies from remote sensing, mesoscale modelling, and CFD modelling as well as project types that include pre-construction, operational, repowering, hybrid, turbine power performance, site conditions, optimization, and siting. Josiah has a degree in atmospheric sciences, with a focus on meteorology.

Jonah Ury has expertise costing and bench-marking large-scale renewable energy projects, conducting levelised cost of energy (LCoE) modelling for wind farm development in the United States and worldwide, and analysing US energy market opportunities for investor reports.
Jonah has significant experience supporting large-scale renewable energy development and investment for governments, developers, and investors. He has served as a key analyst on high-profile engagements in renewable energy M&A, greenfield site development, and market entry strategy.
